With the main house and an in-law apartment, you can vacation with relatives or friends and everyone will still have their own space and privacy.
The beach house is a short 7-minute walk from one of several Rhode Island beaches. Parking passes to the private beach allow you to drive right up and park on the beach.
Renting the Langevin Beach House
Both the Main House and Guest Apartment are available year-round for rentals. Summer rentals are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday and off-season rental is available for weekends and full weeks.
